9th Annual GAR Live London
The 9th Annual GAR Live London will be held on 9 May 2019 as part of London International Disputes week. The conference will focus on “Arbitration and its place in the world order”, with two panels considering different angles on that theme. Topics to be discussed include: arbitration in a populist/nationalist world; the erosion of international cooperation and what it means for arbitration; the implications for commercial arbitration of the attacks on investment arbitration; whether arbitrators are usurping the development of commercial law from the courts; whether concerns about cost and delay are impeding the spread of international commercial arbitration; the impact on the future of arbitration of massive infrastructure disputes arising along the Belt & Road.
We are proud to announce our Mr Robert Pé will be speaking at the event.
